a world changing band!

Nirvana started as a small band in, 1985. the lead singer oh this band, Kurt Cobain along with several other people started a new genre of music. I also believe that Nirvana has created some other genres by showing people that its okay to play music, unlike any other. Their music, sarcastic. Their lives, deticated. Even though this band has been split up since 1994, they are still wildly growing in fame. Any age group can like this band. Not only has Nirvana started a new genre, but they started a new style. ever seen the 'grunge look'? think plaid. This band has also inspired so many fans, and bands all over the world. one thing most people like about this band is that theyre not serioius in their music! proof: the song rape me, and what about Frances Farmer Nirvana Have Her Revenge on Seattle? Thier music was upbeat and open hearted.
In their first album, recorded when the bands name was fecal-matter, was literacy will prevail. Most people will not recognize these songs if they listened to them. why? because this was before the album that made the band famous. this is the only album that was self released.
Thier first REAL album-CD was Bleach. released in 1989 only a few of these songs on this album such as, negative creep and papercuts are known well. although, this album shows the roots of Nirvana, and where they grew from.
The first album that started their fame and is their most famous album was Nevermind, with their biggest hit, Smells Like Teen Spirit in 1991. This album has wildly sarcastic and funny lyrics. not one song sounds like the other, and theyre all very creative. Everything from the vocals to the drums is very good.
The next full album in line is In Utero, released in 1993. this album is absolutely amazing and creative, just like all of Nirvanas other albums. This albums most famous song, rape me, is played in some radio stations to this day. i myself hear this song on a daily basis.
By this time Nirvana was EXTREMELY popular, but unfortunately, Kurt had decided to take his life, ending the band. In his suicide note he talked about how he didnt like the fame and it was making him unhappy playing music.
