All right we all now Scotland was under England and the William Wallace came along with Robert Bruce from the logicaly Bruce's clan and kick English's asses but how many of us listen storys about this happenings better told than Grave Digger's Tunes of War. Hah? No one of course, this is best heavy metal album ever, for me of course, why? Because so many legendary songs you can't find in one place. From the intro spreading Tunes of War we can know what to expect, great Scotland United, those riffs and that Chris's scream you can actualy feel the battle, in The Dark of the Sun I almost feel blood and emotions , battle fever !!!William Wallace (Braveheart) is so cool. I watched Mel Gibson's Braveheart 10 time in a raw after all the time slashing the air with my hand axe in my room! The Bruce "...I am the Bruce, the king, the lion, I am the bruce, the master of war..." I mean listen to this so slow song with great almost death metal riffs but so powerfull someone never listen to this can't even imagine. This album is filled with great heavy metal riffs and bagpipes melodies.I think there is no instrument sound worst when you can't play it and sound good when you can. Guitar solos are better than ever and Chris voice is unbelievable. Main riff for Battle of Flodden contain such a power and mysticism I hear it along with "...goodbuy my lover..." lyrics I wanted to ... I don't know kill thousands. My favorite ballad "Ballad of Mary" is so touchy, emotional, gentle , sad ...Rebellion is the BEST HEAVY METAL SONG EVER !!!In one world everyone didn't listen to this album must correct that mistake in a second when read this
