Manowar was the band that got me into metal, so i'd probly nominate them as the greatest metal band of all time, only Manowar can write songs and whole albums on how cool Heavy Metal is, my second choice would probly be Wintersun, because they're the most Epic band i've ever heard, and have created their own unique, genre of music.
