Fast and melodic Black Metal made in Austria

Totale Vernichtung is an Austrian Black Metal Band and it's a one-man project from the guy called Antimessiah he founded the Band 2006 in the capital city of Austria, Vienna. Feuerbestattung is the first full-length Album and was released in 2012 by the german label Darker than Black and it is also limited to a 444 copies digital version with T-Shirt and Patch.

Totale Vernichtung what means in english Total Destruction is not like each Black Metal Band the Band has his own special sound it is very agressive and has a little bit melodic influences. You hear the melodic influences in the first Song of Feuerbestattung: Ein Blitz kommt selten allein is a fast and melodic powerful Track with an unforgettable chorus. In this Song you hear the unmistakable sound from Darkthrone's masterpiece A Blaze in the Northern Sky

Many people say that Totale Vernichtung is a NSBM Band but that isn't true because Antimessiah said that the people don't understand because he never said that he honor the violent crimes of the 3rd Reich he is just sing about that topic just like other mainstream Bands like Endstille, Marduk and Eastern Front and many more.

The next awesome Track on this Album is the title song itself. Feuerbestattung means in english just simple Cremation this fifth Track is very simple and clever thoughtful and at the other sid it is very raw and brutal and very very fast.

Totale Vernichtung is a very young and good band and I am sure that this Band has much potential and I am also sure that was not the last of Totale Vernichtung what we heard then Antimessiah has announced that he maybe want to release the rare four demos from 2006 at one CD. Totale Vernichtung is the perfect Band for me to show you the new main Band of the Agressive Wave of Austrian Black Metal to their also belong many other Austrian Black Metal Bands like Kringa, Walpurgi, and of course Grimthorn and at last I do give this Album 18 of 20 points and I hope and I think this is sure gone a milestone in Austrian Undergraound Black Metal.

miniradman - 29 Janeiro 2013: Hi, winterdemon

You've got some really specific musical description in your review, and touched on some trivial details. Which is really good.

However, you've got a few reviews under your belt now, and I think it's time to step it up a level. You seem to know what you're talking about, and you've definitely got some potential there.

However, you might need to work on expression your expressions at times. Also, for a small review, there is a lot of spelling errors.

If you work on these things, you're on the fast track for a great reviewer.

Thanks

Crinn - 30 Janeiro 2013: I know you probably don't speak English very often. But you should definitely work on all of the grammar and spelling errors that are in your reviews.

I know I'm late to the 'party' here, but somehow I've never seen your review until just now. Seriously. Yes, as others mentioned "spelling errors"; however as a Totale Vernichtung fan, your review was an absolute delight to read, truly.

I do want to say to you... FINALLY, someone who listens to and understands Totale Vernichtung, finally someone who has some common sense on this whole Totale Vernichtung and Nsbm issue.

I am a huge supporter of Antimessiah and all 4 of his projects, and well even though your review is many years old prior to this year obv., I am also a reviewer of Totale Vernichtung's albums.

I am sure you know the sh/t site Metal-Archives. They could learn alot from you, but they are too retarded to comprehend blatant facts and truth. This bs is what got me banned from that retarded site (earlier, this year actually) because the gist of it all, I had written 5 reviews for this band. All were accepted initially. After 16 Gd years with that site, because of my refusal to disclose in my reviews that he was "Nsbm", a whole sh/tstorm started between me and a few of the Metal lords... next thing you know, all 5 reviews for Totale Vernichtung were secretely deleted without any warning.. No explaination. I called them out on the forums, got labeled a "Nazi apologist" and was banned. Good riddance, cause I do not lie in my reviews, and I refuse to cave to forced anything. I have since moved on to an actual, reputable webzine where all my Totale Vernichtung reviews are.

At any rate, I wrote too much to be a comment, I'm sure, but it's just sad that so many people actually choose to believe something that just is not true. I had myself, found an interview I think from 2012 that Antimessiah did, and he point blank states what is the truth, in that interview. But, some people would rather believe the nonsense, so what more can ya say!?

Again, excellent review!! And, sorry I ranted on... but, well...
