Did you notice the drumming is in this song a bit out of time and the whole song is just a compilation of 1/16 th single notes?

Typical Metal galopping, you can hear this often in old school Heavy Metal songs like this one:
Just listen to the rhytm of the guitars and drums in the first riffs. They progress in galloping steps





Visually this looks like this:




This is still often used, but there are even faster Division such as 1/32th and 1/64th. the higher the last number, the faster the note is played, so 1/64 is VERY quick

You should know even more examples than me, any similar to this, should work





Visually, to the right is a 1/64th note, left is a whole note 1/1 (the empty dot). A whole note had a duration of for example 2 secs. A 1/64th note is 7 times faster, so 14 notes are played in the same duration of a whole note.
