tea baging (in gaming terms) is when someone stands over someone else and bobs up and down. Its a bit hard to explain but I can give you an example.

for me.. i take this wide stance left or right leg in front, and Bang towards the ground at my knees, it actually looks pretty decent with short hair, and my arms end up doing some crazy shit lol

I didn't know people structurally planned their headbanging. When I get really into a song I just go apeshit. Not hardcore-dancer-style apeshit though, that's just douchey (especially at a show) but you get the idea.

Hum , i find that "i stand in the middle headbanding and hopping around"  really idiotic . Especially because in a big gig the only space you have to do that is the middle of the moshing pit . Well , those people deserve a little squizy moshing .

Another thing i like very much are the headbang lines . Were people you have never seen before gather in a line and start headbanging in the same rythm . And in The End you hug each other (especially girls ) and shout all together with Delight . GOD i love big festivals .
