Somewhat interesting article, I thought headbanging only makes you lose brain cells. Also, on really fast songs I doubt too many people bother to actually headbang in rhythm with the song.

Anyway , the only serious injury you can get while headbanging is while your nose meets the back of the Head , or the shoulder of the guy headbanging infrond of you . Now thats an often Traumatic experience .
