Hmm...Bucharest is a metalhead paradise in my opinion 0 Concerts and nightlife are part of the reason why I chose to live here.
  
 Don't know that many people closely, but everytime there's a metal gig a lot of people gather (if it's not grindcore/brutal death then it's usually mostly women). Not to mention that there are plenty of places with metal events of all kinds ( a lot of them just on the Lipscani streets) - it's sometimes hard to pick what you want to do in the weekend, since there are a lot of options...

It's not that they only like mainstream metal. Its just that they only know maintream metal bands, alot of girls don't go deeper into metal. Sure you can talk to them about Bullet For My Valentine, Alesna, Blessthefall but you won't be able to talk to them about Dream on, Dreamer, Herbrightskies, The Bright Star Alliance (no offence to any girl metalhead) This is just what I seem to find.0

Job For A Cowboy, Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse,.... I actually like more deathcore than anything though.

From what I've seen, yes, girls tend to like mainstream metal (Children Of Bodom, Slipknot, Rammstein, Suicide Silence) but obviously that doesn't mean every girl does. The way I see it, most metalists are men, and most of those metalists naturally like mainstream metal. There are girl metalists too, and they mostly like mainstream metal too, but since there aren't as many female metalists the ones that like underground stuff are harder to find.

Well it isn't about what bands they like or not, it's just that most girls I find that like metal like Guns n Roses or Metallica.
 
But by non-mainstream I mean stuff like early Black Metal, early Death Metal, etc. I can see you like Morbid Angel and Cannibal Corpse, so it's clear you aren't one of those girls, for the most part.

just relax. people this days use the word 'gay' for everything and they forget its true insulting meaning.
I mean I was watching some youtube videos and the guys on the video says every 3.4 seconds the word 'gay' (not 3.4 seconds but you get my point)
and even on the comments " gay, gaylord, gay fag is gay"
