I think you're thinking of Intense Hammer Rage, a band that had songs such as 'Here's to Men Who Masterbate Over Dying Children'. They're from Australia, all their music is horredously bad in sound and taste, and most of their CDs were destroyed, amking their debut album highly sought after by people with shit taste in metal.

Yep that's them. i knew it had something with the word 'Hammer' in it, lol. i've never been able to find anything of theirs to listen to, but i imagine with people with such a mindset could make "great music." lol, i particularly like Gore metal, both the tongue in cheek, and the Brutal "holy shit" kind. lol
