The Noxious was founded in 2004 by drummer and guitarist Victor Stations Vincent Hospital. But it was not until the arrival of singer Max Filoche the group began to seriously work on his music and lyrical at the technical level. Inspired by groups like Trust, Tagada Jones and Black Bomb A, the group is based first on a rock style / nu-metal. At the beginning of 2005 the bass player was replaced by Louis Cavender arriving from another local group. Louis brought his ideas directly to the group. It was after a few months since the group came into contact with Solo Monkey, another local group, which makes them return to the association of two core Marmande. With two cores, The Noxious played numerous dates in Marmande with prestigious groups such as H-Tray and Sybreed.
Over time, the influences are changing, this produces a large change in style, The Noxious approaching bands like Gojira, Devildriver and Dagoba, with a style more hardcore / metal than before. It was during the concert from 4.7 Metal Tour 2006 Tripod with the group was spotted by the Florida Agen who suggested they play with Dagoba. This concert was a trigger that opens up new goals to the group. With a very busy year 2006, between rehearsals and concerts, The Noxious enters 2007 with more experience and even more desire to attack scenes.
