The Modern metal outfit called SlavEATgoD was formed in 2007.

After endless rehearsing, they managed to melt together their influences and make a sound of their own, combining metal-core groovy rhythms with thrashy guitar parts and melodic soloing, that along with the brutal and clean vocal lines make the whole output sound fresh and varied.

They have already released a self-titled EP which has unanimously received great reviews (8/10 Greek Metal Hammer, metal-eagle.com 9/10 rocking.gr).

In 10/2007, they took part in the Battle Of The Bands contest and took the first place in both the semi-finals and the finals alike. Their live experience includes appearances with Inactive Messiah, Suicidal Angels, W.E.B, Descending amongst many others. Finally, they have been chosen amongst many Greek metal bands to take part in the Wacken Metal Battle Contest.

In August 2009, the recording process of the first album (Blank Core Ink) started at the Baseline Studios (Athens, Greece) and completed on February 2010 in Sweden at Tailor Maid Studios, mastering by Peter In De Betou (Meshuggah, Arch Enemy, Bring Me The Horizon, Dark Tranquility, Dimmu Borgir).
