Mass Infection, a Greek Death Metal band, formed in January 2003.
The band was consisted of four members:George (Guitar & Vocals),Chris (Drums), Kostas (Bass), Nick (Guitar).Their first demo cd was titled "Believe The Lie" and it was released in September 2003 wich contains 3 songs (Feeding The Machine, Nation Of Living Dead, Annihilation).
The response by metal listeners was very enthusiastic and it took great critics by magazines, fanzines and webzines.
In July 2003 Mass Infection has obtained a new official member, named Nick A. who came to replace Chris in drums who had left the band for personal reasons.
In addition the band with the new order, has performed a lot of concerts with several Greek bands.
It was the time for a new promo cd to be released so in December 2004 Mass Infection entered the studio to record the promo which was titled "Promo 2005" and it contains two songs (Decay, Eternal Oblivion). The promo put into publication in January 2005, with the intention to be a precursor to their first full-length cd.
In February 2005 a new change happened to the band. Victoras came to replace Kostas in bass and he became a new official member.
While Mass Infection was in active,participating in several lives and receiving welfare reviews from several zines, they continuing the effort of searching a label.
In May 2005, Antonis came to the band and replace Nick A. in drums.
In December 2005 Mass Infection has all ready record their first full-length cd, called "Atonement For Iniquity" which contains 9 songs.
In November 2006 Mass Infection signed with Black edge records(Austria).
