Биография : Gory Blister

The band was formed in 1991, a three member line-up with Joe (drums), the only one still on the run. A couple of demos were released, Spoilt by greed (1991) and Hanging down the sounds (1993) which soon caught the attention of mags, gaining a pole-position in the italian death scene, due to the particularly cool and original sound and the technical ability the guys put into their Death Metal.
Unfortunately, many and frequent line-up troubles happened to menace the existence of the band itself; nontheless Joe and Raff (guitars), with the help of Nosferatu records, succeeded in releasing their debut miniCD Cognitive Sinergy, which included all the unreleased tracks. Then several live gigs made Gory Blister become a real cult-band in the underground.

Gory Blister style, a mix of schizophrenic violence and impredictable ability, has kept itself in continuous evolution, so the band decided to enter the studio to record the new real full length, entitled Art Bleeds, showing the old Coroner, Morbid Angel and Kreator influences wonderfully enriched by the great Death-style from Individual Thought Patterns. The lyrics are real poems and are supported by visual works of art. At that time the line-up was completed by the singer Daniel (NODE) and the great bass player Bruce Teah.

After the recording sessions Bruce left the band and Daniel went on singing with his band, but suddenly the singer Adry joined the band becoming the new Gory Blister front-man. With the help of Luca on bass, the band played several shows increasing the number oh Goryfans, just now waiting for the brand new CD.

Finally, the band has found a great bass player. Fredrick is now ready to hit the stage with the guys, showing the Gory crushiong death metal everywhere. The current line-up is: Raff (guitars), Joe (drums), Adry (vocals), Fredrick (bass).

With the support of the French label Sekhmet records, Art Bleeds will be released November 2003 and several live gigs will follow Europewide.
