Биография : Dhaubgurz

Dhaubgurz was created by Hermod at the end of the 2003, while he was in his main band, Avernum. Some personal problems with the other members of Avernum forced him to leave the band.

Hermod decided to follow as a one man band with Dhaubgurz. The name is taken from Tolkien's orkish lenguage, Dhaub (agony) and Gurz (death), resulting on a name that has free interpretations.

Hermod finishes his first promotional album in winter 2003, "Forest of
Souls". This work sees the light under the label Wolf Records, and recieves many good reviews.

Later Hermod joined the singular group of Pagan/Folk/Black Metal,
Cyhiriaeth, and some time later he also joined Carcharoth. Hermod now also plays in Panzerfrost.

3 years later, Hermod finishes his second work, "Rebirth Of The Pagan Fires" in 2006, with 2 new songs and the re-edition of his first work on CD, "Forest of Souls", under the label Nigra Mors.

Dhaubgurz combines pagan black metal with black metal of the old school, with some influences of the pagan history of Spain, and european and nordic paganism.

Dhaubgurz isn't a political group, it is not NSBM. Dhaubgurz bases it's music on the old pagan values and the fight against Jude-Christianity.
