Alcantagram is a Moroccan Death Metal band from Meknes formed –the first line-up- in 2006 by "Abdslam".

After two years of hardworking, the band realized the first album demo called “Mortuary” in 2008. Two years later, Abdeslam (the guitar player) started looking for members to complete the formation. So he found "Iliass Adam " as (bass player) , "Anouar-Rotting corpse" as (vocal) and "Maroine" as (drummer) , then the formation started playing a multi Death Metal influences influenced by "cannibal corpse", "Krisiun", "Vital remains", "Avulsed" and much more...

Finally in 2009, the band came with a new source of big influenced members and found the real roots with a deep inspiration of gory lyrics, nihilistic riffs and destroying vocals. The band made a holy shity grinder album called "Open Gore 2010".

Alcantagram tries hardly to create a new personal death metal kind from the mixed influences and we hope that you will like our creation.
