Биография : Absolute Defiance

ABSOLUTE DEFIANCE, formerly known as VILE, formed on February 1998 by Bimo (bass) alongwith the early line-up; Ade (guitar), Anto (drum) and Dedi (vocals). After performed on one gig, Dedi left the band and replaced by Sapto (ex-Sadistis). They used to cover some of their favorite songs from Deeds of Flesh, Dying Fetus to Cryptopsy in every shows at that time. Later, Ade decided to retire due to his occupation and Anto followed with unreasonable childish shit. And so VILE became non-active for couple of months that made Sapto decided to leave the band and built the new one with those ex-members. Since then Bimo switched his position to guitar and he wrote some materials during this recession motivated by his boredom towards “fucking cover band”. The new inception was began when Ghebes (drum) and Ewin (bass) joined the band. They were intensively rehearsed to complete 5 brutal death metal compositions; Butchered Human Corpse, Maggot Infestator, Carnal Dissection, Deranged Epidemic and Dehumanized. In August 1999 they had signed to Dementia Records (Jakarta) for 1 album that made them to create 2 more songs; Anonymity of the Mass Death and Feeding the Famished Zombie plus 1 cover of old Sadistis, Sick, Sick, Sick with anecdote lyrics. All VILE lyrical issues and topics are about social phenomena such as people suffering beneath the military atrocities, genocides, massacres under suppression of the fucking power tyranny. They had successfully recorded all the materials at 8 track-K Studio on September 14-15 1999 with Nino Aspiranta of Trauma who helped the vocal duty on recording sessions. The now sold out debut album entitled “Systematic Terror Decimation”. It contains 8 gore-soaked tracks of hyper torturing blast brutal death metal with moshing-grooves approach. Dementia unleashes it to the extreme metal underground scene on the end of November 1999. Available on cassette only.

The good feedback of the album has brought the band to the next level within the local and even foreign scene. Finally, VILE found a new permanent vocalist named Fahmi (ex-bassist of Impious) since late January 2000. With 4 piece of burchers, VILE has performed at numerous gigs which is highly promoted. VILE has also featured on numerous compilations, interviewed by fanzine/webzines. After a year full of musical activities, one of the most talented blasting motherfuckers, Ghebes took his decision to retire on early year of 2001 due to his financial life and other projects. Right after that, Andyan (Siksakubur) has joined the force of brutality. On August 2001, Fahmi replaced by Nino (Trauma), and so the band stands as permanent as:

NINO ASPIRANTA (VOCALS), BIMO MORBID (GUITARS), EDWIN HAIKAL (BASS), ANDYAN GORUST (DRUMS)

On early September 2001, VILE re-releases their “Systematic Terror Decimation” debut through Edelweiss Productions, it contains 10 tracks (7 previous + 3 unreleased tracks) with re-recorded version by the current line-up. Available on cassette. Cd version released through From Beyond Productions (sub-label of Displeased Records, Holand) for worldwide distribution. Lately, VILE had to change its moniker into ABSOLUTE DEFIANCE from now on due to the other VILE in USA. The new name ABSOLUTE DEFIANCE is a lot more meaningful and representative towards their lyrical and musical conception. Expect for their upcoming second full length as soon as they got a proper record label. So far, they have 3 brand new tracks already, the rest are in the working process. ABSOLUTE DEFIANCE still continue to play the sickest moshing brutal death metal ever on earth
