Jenks Miller is a musician from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He started playing guitar when he was 15 years old, and was interested in black metal during his high school career. Jenks plays the guitar/all instruments in drone/stoner band Horseback. He also is in folk/Americana band Mount Moriah, indie rock band Un Deux Trois, and plays the drums for rock band In The Year Of The Pig.

Jenks' guitar is a 1980 Gibson SG, which is the first guitar he played. He uses a Peavey Delta Blues as his main amplifier, and 11 gauge strings. His other guitars are a modified Telecaster, a Les Paul, and a 1964 Gretsch Astro Jet. He also plays the drums, keyboard, and bass guitar. His playing is influenced by musicians including Neil Young, Keiji Haino, John Fahey, and Matthew Bower.
