Pure masterpiece...

Even though Jason Becker only could play guitar for three years due to ALS (Lou Gehrig disease), he made some of the most beautiful guitar masterpieces while only eighteen years old on this album.
Most of the guitar shred albums are just speed, only to showcase the artist's abilities, but Perpetual Burn; It's just impressive how every second of this album is divine.
This album is the perfect example of how great Jason Becker's guitar playing and composing was.
Today, even paralyzed, he is able to create beautiful masterpieces musically better than most of the albums from other guitar players out there.
There are many playing like Jason did, but no other has the composing capacity and music knowledge he did and this album is the perfect example of it.
This is THE album!
