The band TORIAN comes from the ultra-catholic town of Paderborn and exists since the beginning of 2003. TORIAN play hard but melodic power-metal with influences from Thrash and the more traditional sound of 80's style metal. The songs cover a wide variety of styles from classic metal anthems to epic mid-tempo grooves to fast aggressive thrash.

TORIAN´s first musical-warning shot, in the form of the 3 track demo CD “Into The Winter”, was released in October 2003. It was shortly followed in August by a record deal with Italian label “Underground Symphony Records”. The debut Album “Dreams Under Ice” will be released in January 2005.

After some changes the TORIAN line up is confirmed since October 2005.

All of this means that TORIAN are now in a position to explode onto the international metal scene!
