Red Giant has headlined all of the notable clubs in Cleveland, the Euclid Tavern being the most frequent venue. They have also opened for Voivod, Overkill, Mule, Fu Manchu, Zen Guerilla, Hawkwind, Tea Party, Nebula, Queens of the Stone Age, and Clutch, proving that they can dock at a variety of stations in rock. Dave Wyndorf and Ed Mundell of MonsterMagnet have been quoted in several zines calling Red Giant " one of the best stoner rock groups playing today ."

Outside of Cleveland, they have played El Mocambo in Toronto, and the Continental and CBGB's in New York City.
