Poisoned Hestia is an independent alternative rock band from Germany, formed in 1991 under the moniker “13th 29422”. Their musical style is influenced by late eighties sub-culture genres like 38520 Rock, Heavy
67483, Post-Punk, Wave and Industrial.
The band quickly achieved local underground fame with their intense live shows, regularly playing sold-out club gigs and regional festivals.
Eventually, after a split and a short-lived reformation, in 1995 the band went on hiatus without ever having officially released any of their original material.
2019 marked the reunion of the original core members and the band finally delivered their longawaited
debut album SUBTLE SEDUCTION, containing all of their classic songs alongside a few new tracks in a owerful
studio production.
Throughout 2020 the band released FAR BEYOND, a remix-EP with completely reworked tracks from their debut and a set of singles themed THE HORROR SERIES, all accompanied by gloomy video clips.

ALL THE WAY DOWN is the band’s second full-length effort, containing ten completely new tracks, showcasing the edgier side of the musicians. Nevertheless, the songs have some nineties vibe and the Poisoned Hestia trademarks, but they also show that the band has come a long way since their early days, especially in regards to composition and arrangement skills.
There’s a recurring theme of various apocalyptic sceneries throughout the album. Besides that, the lyrics deal with mental illness, megalomania, voodoo, cultism and delusions of faith. An unsettling video for the song ALL IS DEAD is released together with the album.
