Killing Season is a Chicago area metal band based in Aurora. We draw influence from all of the thrash icons of the last couple decades (Metallica, Pantera, Slayer, Anthrax, Machine Head) and many others. As far as categorizing our own style, we just call it metal. Formed in 1995 by high school friends, many different lineups have existed over the years but 3 of the founding members(Scott, Derek, and Jeremy) are still playing together after more than a decade and a half. Most recently, Derek's brother (Jerod) has joined on to handle bass duties and backup vocals.
