Biografia : Hierarchical Punishment

A brazilian band of Santos city formed in March of 1994 by Alexandre (vocal), Grell (drums), Leo Gazzano (guitar) and Ricardo (bass). HIERARCHICAL PUNISHMENT have the purpose of doing DEATH METAL fast and threatening, with influences of the GRINDCORE. Its lyrics direct attack the world's trivial and the society problems.
Alexandre and Grell made part of the last formation of EXPLICIT REPULSION and joined themselves to Leo Gazzano, who came from BONES EROSION (a group that hurled a split-EP 7" with HINFAMY through ELEPHANT RECS., of Santos city) and who had already played at EXPLICIT REPULSION too, to form the HIERARCHICAL PUNISHMENT. After they recruted Ricardo ex-BLACK MOUNTAIN), so ending the formation of the band.
In August of 1995 they to studio to record their first demo "THE HUMANITY WALKS THIS WAY". In the beginning of December of the same year, telling about personal problems, Ricardo go out and Mrcio go in to assumes the bass, giving more heavy to the sound of HIERARCHICAL PUNIHSMENT.
In August of 1997 a REHEARSAL-DEMO is recorded with new songs and some back engraves of "THE HUMANITY WALKS THIS WAY". In July of 2001, after a time of one year stopped the group come back to the rehearsals with a new formation, relying on Luiz Carlos (ex-CHEMICAL DISASTER and VULCANO), assuming the vocals.
In October of 2001, they recorded a new CD-DEMO, with 8 tracks showing the recent phase. In 2002, the group take part on the CD "ROCK SOLDIERS VOL. 8", by UGK DISCCOS (of Pelotas/RS city) with 6 tracks, beyond either include one track in the CD "NOISE FOR DEAF V" (by ROTTHENNESS RECS., of So Paulo/SP city); the present tracks in these 2 CDS -compilations are like bonus in the new CD-DEMO.
In a new change of formation, Carlos Diaz (ex-Dhuend and bassist of Vulcano) assuming the bass, and Halysson Rodrigo (ex-Traumma) leaving the Hierarchical Punishment with two guitars. At the moment, they are looking for a record company that want to invest at their music.
