Djabah is a french metal band which was created in the year 2002 and who plays an extrem metal with two tribal voices. In the year 2003, the band is allowed to record an album in the Gojira's home studio. From there, the first album will be born and it will be appreciated by french national press like Hard'n'heavy, Rocksound and Rock-Hard.


The new album called "DANHOME" has been recorded in the Drudenhaus Studio ( Anorexia Nervosa, GTI, Trepalium...) and the release is planned for April/May 2007. The full-length is centered on the fate of the slaves in West Africa. In order to follow the concept, Djabah composed the lyrics in two languages called "FON" and "YOROUBA" (respectively the language of Benign and Nigeria) an also in english. Djabah is dissociated by very energetic scenic performances. We've played with many bands : LOFOFORA, GOJIRA, ETHS, TRIPOD , WATCHA, S-CORE, EMPALOT, MAMI-WATA, PLEYMO, SIKH, TREPONEM PAL,...
