Deviant was born in 1995 thanks to Arkdaemonn and Yhrm. First Deviant was more in dark metal. In 1996, Panzer integrated the band as a drummer. Then the band began to rehearse with a different style, more BM. The band is now playing fast BM and trying to experiment violence through satanism.

In 1999, the first demo was released on Spikekult as a split tape with Mysteriis. Then Mist (Centurion Centauri) was the second guitar player for a short time.

2000, the band was composed of 5 persons : AkD (guitar) ; Yhrm (bass) ; Panzer (drums) ; Navint Alfius , from Eternal Majesty (vocals) and Bael (guitar).

In 2002, Thorgon has joined Deviant after Panzer left.

2003: Bael, Thorgon & Navint decided to go away...
