Darosham was formed in may of 2008. A fresh breath of air to the local metal scene, combining the influences of the classic swedish death metal scene with the bay area trash of the eightees. With catchy and heavy songs combined with an energetic and passionate performance Darosham is a band that must be experienced live. The four different influences and style that each bandmember brings to the table is what makes the Darosham sound. Songs that range from short trash metal bursts to longer and heavier material, the band really has a deepth and purpose. In the spring of 2009 Darosham made an impact and surprised everyone when they reached the regional finals of the Emergenza Festival, one of the biggest ,if not the biggest, music contest of the world. Despite the fact that Darosham has only existed a short period of time, they are already a force to be reckoned with and certainly an act to keep your eyes on in the future. Darosham at the moment is looking for many more live performances and writing new songs.
