James Agony, stationed in Singapore, is the sole performer in the project known as, "Choir Of Agony". Originally, the project had two members, but when asked what happened to his partner, Raz Levay, James said, "Life had other plans for him." James continued the project in his friends memory.

His first album, "We Sang the Joy Away", was released on 06/06/2006 with the assistance of E. Miszery. During that same summer, James over-dosed on heroine and went into a temporary coma. Luckily, he recovered and was able to produce another song shortly after called, "Fuck God (Al Pacino Tribute)".

His second album, "An Apocalypse Of Touch" was due to be released in 2010. However, only a few EP tracks leaked out and the full album was never seen.

Before starting Choir Of Agony, James was also in a project called, "Delusive Work of Art" until his other band members went into a rehabilitation center.
