Bloom Is Off The Rose is a metal/hardcore band from Szolnok, Hungary. It was formed by three members of a previous band called Graveyard and one member of the Mandarins. Szabolcs Molnár, who was looking for his place in the world of music, joined them later. The band became complete in the autumn of 2009.

Members of Bloom Is Off The Rose are Géza Sipos (vocals), László Molnár and Gábor Czene (guitars), Szabolcs Molnár (bass), and Balázs Molnár (drums). The guys recorded their first songs partly at the Mandarins' studio and partly at Czene Gábor's home in January 2010. "The last hour of our dying sun" EP was made completely in the Mandarins Homestudio in august, 2010.

The first live performance of the band was within the confines of a talent show on 20th March 2010 where 43 bands participated altogether. Bloom Is Off The Rose won that contest. They attended an other talent show later - on 19th August 2010 - where they took second place.
