The Black Horsemen was formed in 2001, Warsaw. Inspired by heavy metal from 80s and 90s they started playing concerts, all of them in convention of the rock show. The whole band gives their utmost just like King Diamond or Kiss.
Their compositions, which are always very tuneful, have never lost the true spirit of heavy metal and hard rock in Manowar, King Diamond, Scorpions or even Queen style. BH plays concerts in many big cities like Warsaw, Lublin, Opole and in many towns. The vocalist of the band won an episode of "Szansa na Sukces" ("A chance for success", very popular programme in Poland) with a Stan Borys' song "Jaskólka uwięziona". Then he sang on the final and won again. As a result he got an opprotunity of participating in Polish Music Festival Opole 2004. About themselves Black Horsemen say: " We play heavy metal. Concerts are the most important for us. We give there one's utmost, put out heart and soul into the show. We care about audience's consciousness that the time spent on stage is for us very special. It's a kind of ritual. A vocalist paints his face like the Indians used to before a battle...or a holiday.
