New times rise. And with them, the energy that emanates from its air, its rivers, its winds, its seas. Its people and their hopes. His sources of pure crystal water urging from the land, ready for a new cycle. This is Aquaria.

Aquaria is a combination of people with the same purpose: to board people with messages of renewal and hope, coupled with the beauty and strength of their songs.

Aquaria begins with members from a group called UIRAPURU considered by the specialized media in Brazil and abroad as the "revelation of the genre." Soon, the group managed well in the media, with interviews and reviews, with only a demo CD, considered by many their first album. In Japan, the band gained the status of "cult", with spontaneous reviews and requests for recording the first album, including proposals for labels, but, surprisingly, nothing to motivate. You had to be transposed into a new stage, change the route, not the main goal. And with a mystical, comes the name Aquaria, several meanings.

Parallel to the saga of Aquaria, a story that also refers to cycles: the LUXAETERNA saga. It portrays the genesis of the world. A "Rock Opera", where each song is an episode of a cosmic myth. Ascended Beings, led by Uranus, create all things, and with them, GAIA, supreme goddess and the Earth itself, whose responsibility is the creation of living beings. In this ambition, creates Mankind, provided with free expression, resulting in serious doubt the Ascended, not giving them the blessing, the possibility of being overwhelmed. Thus, malicious creatures, noting the distrust of the Gods, start to spread the hate among the people. GAIA is liable and ordered to become human. A great battle is initiated, and the outcome for Gaia, who became the Queen of the Earth.

It was necessary to solidly portray this story. So it took a great team for the production.

The CD was recorded at Creative Sound Studios in Sao Paulo, by Philip Colodetti (the best engineer of the heavy metal genre in Brazil), who worked with Angra, Shaman, Kamelot, Krisiun, Heavenly, Rhapsody, etc.. The recording sessions were made guitar by Ricardo Nagata and were supervised by Rafael Bittencourt, Angra.

The album was premixed, to send to record companies of Japan (Japan is the second largest music market in the world in heavy industry), in search of more subsidies for finishing.

This strategy was noticed by MARQUEE RECORDS, which has in its cast some of the most successful bands of the scene, such as Megadeth, Edguy, Dimmu Borgir, Hammerfall, Sonata Arctica and others.

So, with this support, the album was mixed and mastered by Sascha Paeth at Gate Studios in Wolfsburg, Germany. Sascha is considered the greatest producer of so-called melodic metal and one of the creators of the genre. Produces and the artwork (one of the most important bands of the scene), Kamelot, Edguy, Shaman and others, getting big blockbuster.

In terms of graphics, the cover was designed by Roberto Campus, Italian graphic artist eradicated in the U.S.. Among his works are set out illustrations for Marvel Comics, the largest producer of comic books in the world.
For the logo, something a lot of responsibility because it contains elements that permeate the imagery of the band, Eric Philippe was cast, the name most requested for cover art and logos in the world rock.

The illustration of the inner sleeve was done by Antonio Cesar, a young Brazilian graphic artist exponent.

The pictures were portrayed by Washington Possato, responsible for the recent work of Marcelo D2, Nando Reis and CD and live DVD of Ivete Sangalo, top sales in 2004.

Let it flow, the river follows its course, forging eras and cycles of life and renewal.
