AM Conspiracy is an Alternative metal/Hard rock band from Orlando, Florida

AM Conspiracy originally started out as an Orlando based rock group. After leaving the Platinum selling group Drowning Pool on June 14, 2005, Jason Jones was impressed by the sound of the newly formed Orlando based group and joined them to become AM Conspiracy.

In January 2007. AM Conspiracy signed with the Independent record label Corporate Punishment as Jones and Brian Diemar began production on their debut album "While You Were Sleeping" working with co-producer Rae DiLeo, who had previously worked with Filter and Army of Anyone. The album was scheduled to be released on August 7, 2007. But instead will release an EP titled "Out Of The Shallow End" on the same date until the release of their album later this year. Their first single, "Far", was released on June 5, 2007 and has been well received by the listeners of XM Satellite Radio's premier Rock station, SquiZZ, where it currently resides in regular rotation.
