Agora was born in the beginning of the century with the purpose of persuading a dream forming a heavy prog oriented sound that was pretty much non available in spanish speaking countries.

They released "Segundo Pasado" their debut album, and was acclaimed by the critics and media. It got them an opening act spot for artists such as Helloween (GER) and Stratovarius (FIN), in 2005 they recorded their follow up "Zona de Silencio" which gave them international success and it was considered one of the top 10 latin cd released in 2005 according to Rolling Stone Magazine.

They continued touring and got them to play with artists such as Deep Purple (ENG) and Hammerfall as supporting act, up until 06 the band was involved in a terrible tour van crash, and reformed and stronger than ever they dared to come back with an acoustic almost really light cd in 08 a really unusual carreer move for a heavy metal driven band, but with more airplay in local t.v. and on going tour.

In 2008, they recorded the new acoustic album "Silencio Acústico"
