Ruben Olinto de Carvalho, known professionally as Ruben Roll or Carvalho or Ruben Sex Crime, is an Italian rock musician, dj, actor, lead singer of the band Rublood, of which he is the founder and only constant member. He launched a solo career in 2023 and has included elements of Post-punk revival, new-wave and alternative rock in his music. Ruben Roll was born in Cagliari, Sardinia. He is the second son of Fiorella Bella (Italian fashion model) and Claudio Olinto de Carvalho 'Nenè' (Brazilian footballer). Ruben is of Brazilian descent on his father's side. Ruben made his film debut in 2013, as an actor in Umberto Carteni's Studio Illegale. Since then he has appeared in a variety of minor roles and cameos, including Qualunque cosa succeda and Anche se è amore non si vede.
