MC's review of the latest (and final) offering from The Dead Walk ! - Hunting Humans (available only on 7"), released last month on Resist Records.
The boys from Newcastle have yet again, put together a stunning release which yet again, lives up to their standard as a defining band in the NCHC Scene.
This 7" contains 5 tracks :
Side A
- Junk
- Gratitude
- Two Minute Warning
Side B
- Hunt… Kill… Bury
- Code Blue (T.S.O.L.)
The standout (if possible) track would have to be "Two Minute Warning", which is an absolute killer. This is a typical release from TDW ! boys (with the aggression and power that fans have come to love prevalent throughout).
I was lucky enough to get my hands on a special release copy (edition 56/100, printed on sexy green vinyl).
The 7" (shown below) is only $10 (Australian) with cheap shipping (depending on where you live… NSW metro gets free shipping), and is available through the Resist Records webstore.
It is definitely worth the money.
Remember, you need to both have a turntable and appreciation of vinyl (and good music) for this release to be accessible…
