Le guitariste originel du groupe Black Witchery est décédé la nuit dernière dans un Accident de la circulation, il était agé de 49 ans.

Steve "Tregenda" Childers avait fondé Black Witchery, et participé aux compositions et aux tournées du groupe jusqu'en 2013.

C'est sur la page facebook du batteur de son premier groupe, Public Assassin, qu'il avait retrouvé depuis peu que la nouvelle est tombée:
"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I say this. Our Beloved brother in arms, Steve Childers HAS passed on in a vehicle Accident last night. We are all in a state of shock and Disbelief . Our thoughts are with his family at this time."
