Biografia : Vulture Lord

Since the band's birth in 1990, a lot of members has joined and departed from the band. The first line-up collapsed in '92, right after receiving a deal from (Bull Metal's) Warmaster rec., and only Northgrove and Ravenloft continued. The following 3 years was filled with both name and line-up changes, before VULTURE LORD was enthroned in '95. The two infernal souls teamed up with Trondr Nefas from Urgehal, and the malignant trio recorded the "Exorcism of the Holy ghost" tape in '97,
and was shortly after signed by Metalion for Head Not Found. VULTURE LORD were set to record their debut in '99, but because of HNF's economical situation, things were once again fucked up. At that time, the band had already recorded the "Desire For The Dead" tape for personal use, and this was then spread to a handful of labels. Although, VULTURE LORD received 8 offers (from a.o. FMP and Holycaust), they decided to sign with the small, Norwegian label, Flesh For Beast.
Due to Vulture Lord's several line-up changes, the album was postponed for years, but the time finally came in the winter of 2001, as Vulture Lord entered the studio on the 26th of November to record their "Profane Prayer" (Originally entitled "Emancipate the Dogs of War") full-length. Apart from Northgrove and Nefas, Vulture Lord were joined by Uruz (drums) and Diabolus (guitar).
In June 2003, Endechrist entered the band as a bassist, and the line-up was fulfilled. Due to various delays (a.o. problems with the cover), the album wasn't released until September 2003. A year later, Sept. '04, the band recorded 4 tracks for a planned 7" release.
In January 2005, Uruz was replaced by Fordervelse (from Koldbrann) and the band was signed for a 7" and album release on Agonia Records. "Blasphemy" (7",orignally entitled "Summon the Warhorde"
and "Desecration" (album, originally entitled "Stillborn Messiah"), is set to be released in 2005.
