Band Temnokost is founded on June, 6th, 2006 (06.06.06).

The first constant structure of group was formed on the basis of musicians of group the Patriarch (one of the best true black metal groups in Chehov (Russian City) in 2004).

The first demo-cassette has been published in 2003 (even before band official formation).

First official release has been published in November, 2006 (format: audio cassete). The album has received the name "Without the Face". In work on an album has taken part Pavel Togar (as session member).

In the spring of 2007 to group has come Togar. At the same time Proniy was engaged in the solo project - band Frozen Cross, after a number of successful concerts there were problems with musicians and the group in May, 2008 has been dismissed.

In June, 2008 group Temnokost has celebrated 2 years (from the moment of the official basis) and has held a farewell concert. But rehearsals proceeded in the summer and autumn. On October, 21st, 2008 Proniy has collected Temnokost anew. Samus with Glucifer (ex-Frozen Cross musicians) and Togar (ex-Temnokost) have come to band, in a month long-awaited concerts have been given.

On March, 1st, 2009 the debut clip has been laid out. On March, 5st, 2009 bonus-album with old material was official published, Albums name is Vladimirs Russia (Cassette - 2009).
Next Temnokost has started a recording of the new single album (the exit is planned in the spring, 2009).

Further the group will republsih the repeated edition of old works and absolutely new album.
