The Screaming Shadows are an Italian Heavy Metal band founded about ‘97/'98. Their music is a classic but technical heavy metal, influenced by power metal and progressive metal, evident is their predilection for musicality and melody.

The band was in chronologic order their principal works are: “Behind The Mask”, their first full-length dated 2003, “In The Name Of God” dated 2006.

In 2003 they take part in the Rock-Tv Contest enclosed at the I-Tim Tour 2003, and play live in the contest stage of Alghero. Their performance is broadcasted, with a short interview, on Rock-Tv, during the broadcast “On the Road”. In the same year they are invited by Rock-Tv to take part in the show “Database” for one of the instalments dedicated to the I-Tim Tour 2003.

In the summer of 2004 for the second time the Screaming Shadows take part in the Rock-Tv Contest enclosed at the I-Tim Tour 2004, plaing live during the contest stage of Cagliari , winning the contest. Their performance is broadcasted, with a short interview, on Rock-Tv during the broadcast “On the Road”.The winning of the stage of Cagliari gives to the band the possibility to go to the final section of the contest that goes on in Milano in Piazza Duomo. Their performance is broadcasted, with a long interview, on Rock-Tv during the broadcast “On the Road” dedicated at the finaly of the contest.

The year of 2005 start in the best way with the invitation from Rock-Tv to take part at the recording session of the broadcast of “Salaprove”.

The same year Screaming Shadows have the great possiblity and the great honour of to play live like opening band for one of the most prestigious italian band during a stage of Rock-Tv Tour 2005: Labyrinth. The concert goes on in the city of Palermo and their performance is broadcasted, with a long interview, on Rock-Tv during the broadcast “On the Road”.
In February 2006 comes out, under the Italian independent label “My Graveyard Production”, “In The Name Of God” , album that sign the end of an important cycle in the story of the band.
