"Piligrimas" – the pioneers of Kaunas rock club, was formed in 1981 and played together with bands Kardiofonas, Horoskopas and Tigro Metai. At the time band line-up was: Raimundas Rakickas-guitar, Virgis Rakickas-guitar, Viktoras Beriozovas-bass guitar, Vidas Gusas-vocals and drummer Egidijus Petravičius. The band played in many concerts and festivals: "Jaunimo muzikos festivalis" 83 and 85, "Lituanica-87, „Sidabrinis seifas". However, the musicians in the band changed again and in 1989 the activity of "Piligrimas" was suspended.

In 2006 members of band Raimundas, Virgis, Vidas, Egidijus and Linas, reunited. They played again as "Piligrimas" in music festival "Antipops 2006". In 2007 the former member and soul of all band, guitarist Raimundas Rakickas and afterwards bassist Linas Laukaitis left the band. The band recruited new musicians: bassist Ričardas (ex KonTaktai, Old cellar big band, Egidijaus Sipavičiaus band) and Alexey (Lioxa) (ex-MetalBlade, ex-Xess) to join the band and fulfill the band's white spaces. In 2009 Ričardas and Alexey (Lioxa) left the band. After a while guitar player Romas Kmitas (Kacelė) (ex-Audronaša) and bassist Jurgis Bižys joined the band.

Today "Piligrimas" plays in festivals, composes new songs, arranges own gigs and lately began to work on records of bands first studio album for publishing in mass.
