methodX Is a 5 piece all original, alternative metal, hard rock band out of Greece off the small island of Lesvos located in the northeast Aegean.

The groups writing style combines melodic grooves, a unique eastern sound, Strong vocal hooks and powerful guitars.

Lead vocalist: Costa L. has been involved with local groups from his native born Houston Texas U.S.A. since the early 90's. His solo project "Broken soul" 1998 had a faithful fan base as it was the pursuit of a Texas indie label out of Dallas before deciding to move to Greece in 2005.

Lead guitarist: Petros k. is a creative writer with many years of experience playing live in the local scene. Petros has headed and organized several groups, two of which have had national recognition in the genre of progressive metal. "Mortals fate" 2005 and a brutal project "Suffer in silence" 2003 to 2005 that recorded two cd's and was part of the Greek metal compilation "Greece attacks-The next assault" which had full European distribution.
Both bands have been highlighted in metal hammer magazine Greece.

Bass: Chrisa G. is a fresh addition to the group with a well-received knowledge of music.
She has a background in classical guitar and is a solid member, flawless in her live performances hile elevating the groups work ethic.

MethodX also welcomes new members Erikos G. (percussion) and Panos C. (guitars). Panos, an Athens native and Eriko also from mainland Greece complete the band as it commits to winter 2009 dates and the future recording MethodX "The Other Side"
