From the mean streets of Rome come a new pack of hoodlums ready to stake their claim in the bluff/numetal_hc-crossover scene.

With a sound that's been described (Rock sound, Metal shock, Rockit, Movimenta, Metal hammer...) as a cross between Downset, Kyuss, Cure, Korn...and an average age of 24, the "Last green field" burst onto italian scene in january 2001.

Before of the 2001, Federico (basss), Remo (guitar) and Gianni (drums) were active as "Meatfield" spending most of time searching the right singer (Igor was the man). Then the group reached the best arrangement with the other guitar of Gabriele.

They played a lot of gigs in Rome and in Italy.
Their first demo was recorded in may 2001, counting on few money and a lot of inexperience. New tracks (Real, Another way to relate, Stormlord) with more professional results are now ready in new cd "Another Way To Relate", recorded at Hombrelobo studio (Rome) between June and October 2002 (last mixing in April 2003), available from October 2003 in the italian store for Vacation House/SoulCraft records.

Due to job reasons, in 2004 Gianni quit the band. Emiliano Cantiano joined Last Green Field for all the promotional gigs in Italy, Switzerland and the Tour in Mexico.
