Endimion is a Doom Death Metal Band from Concepción, Chile. Formed in summer of 2005 for the brothers Tomás (guitar) and Matías (vocals) Ibáñez, Fabián (drums) and Douglas (guitar) Alarcón and Alvaro Lavin in the bass.

The band start to play in the vein of old Doom Death bands (Peaceville Trio) with some death metal and black metal influences.

In September of 2005, Douglas Alarcón and Alvaro Lavin Leave the band, and the 3rd Ibañez `s Brother, Victor, enter to play bass.

On Summer of 2006, Cesar Muñoz enter to play guitar…and the band is complete.

More late, in September of 2006, the band give his 1st concert, and then, start to play in a lot of small concerts in Concepción.

In November Endimion play in Los Angeles (Chile) , and then start to play in some important concerts, with bands like Poema Arcanus, Bitterdusk, Mar de Grises, Lapsus Dei, Daedeloth…

In December of the some year, Endimion was release a demo in rehearsal format, called Rehearsal 1206, with 4 song, and good sound.

In September of 2007, the band enter to the study of the soun school, in the Santo Tomás Institute, Concepción, recording 4 songs in a pro quality. 2 of that 4 songs, will be included in a Split with Magna Veritas, A Doom Death Metal project from La Serena, Chile.

Actually, the band is working in the mixed and master process of the songs, and in new compositions, including some acoustic elements in the guitars, and some passages with clean voices, without leave the brutal sound of the old school doom death metal.
