The mission is as simple as it can be: Dienazzty’s out to put some Metal into Sleaze!
Back in 2007 vocalist Dennis Fuxx and bassman/drummer SharkAzz McW, both from Augsburg, Germany, had the idea and ambition to form a band within they could transform their influences from NWOBHM- and US Metal-acts such as Shok Paris, Tygers of Pan Tang, W.A.S.P., Lizzy Borden, Raven or Tokyo Blade and original Sleaze, as it’s played by RATT, Poison, Britny Fox or Hanoi Rocks, into something new and unique, they’d like to call the Dienazzty-style. It was pretty easy to find a lead-guitarist as RR Fuxx, Dennis’ younger brother, quickly joined the band. In this line-up the band entered the RED-studios in Pfaffenhofen a. d. Roth to record the Sleaze Metal EP along with producers Jens Hagg and Matthias Glogger in late 2008.
Endless auditions, line-up changes and the fact that SharkAzz left the band hindered the two brothers and new rhythm-guitarist Bee Bee Rozzman from releasing the material. However, there’s no room for the term “quit” in Dienazzty’s stock of words and with Jelly Jeff Ryan (bass) and Mazze “Piwozz Diewizz” Steppowizz (drums), joining in early 2010, they finally found two rockers nazzty and skilled enuff to form a stable line-up and push the Dienazzty-machinery to a higher level.
Under the banner of “Dienazzty’s Live Wire” the five-piece played a highly anticipated gig on Sept. 25th in Ulm to celebrate the release of Sleaze Metal which was followed by several shows during winter 2010/11. Jens Hagg replaced Bee Bee in that time, but now the band has found a new full member in the talented Eazy Sunshine and currently is working on new material. “Subject matters, so does suite!” The days when musicians stepped on stage dressed in their everyday-clothes are definitely over. Nowadays’ Metal scene wants the artist to create a fitting combination of music and extravaganza and Dienazzty are ready to deliver. So be prepared, when the Dienazzty Show comes to town.
