Apathy is a Thrash Metal outfit from Clifton, NJ USA. Their music is in vain of early eighties Thrash Metal with a updated sound. Having done over 100 shows and performing with such bands as: Overkill, Whiplash, Bonded By Blood, D.R.I, Suffocation, and more. In 2005 they put our the first demo that featured a lead vocalist who later quit and in 2008 Guitarist Pete Wells took over on vocal duties and Apathy released their second demo.

In 2009 they released their first Full Length album A DECADE OF VIOLENCE. Which was voted and Won "Best Thrash Metal Album '09" on Silencesoloud.com and "The Top 100 BEST thrash albums" on Thrashunlimited. "Machine Gun Rain" the first track on the album and fan favorite made it in the Top 10 German Radio charts, just 2 slots from Slayer's "World Painted Blood" .

In 2012 Apathy released their 3rd demo "Factory Sessions" which features 6 songs: A Live Track, Old Demo recording and 4 unreleased songs that look to show up on the new album. One song in particular is "HELL IS ALL WE HAVE" which is the title of the second album and giving fans a taste of whats to come.
