Amityville Whore started in 2001 as the drunken ramblings of 3 poverty stricken youths in southern California, Necroburger, Lord Scumbag and Fuckface the rappist, (not the rapist). The 3 named themselves "Amityville Whore" as a tribute to their 2 favorite kinds of movies, horror and porn, and also because they were stupid. A series of primitive 4 track recordings and backyard shows followed. Inebriation, lack of talent, laziness, jail, alimony, and rehab prevented the band from ever doing anything that would impress their community.

In 2002 fellow drunk Creep of the Crotch joined Amityville Whore for unknown reasons. Now a 4 piece the band moved up to playing at local dive bars to tens of drunken "fans"and several homeless persons.

Sometime during around this time the "sleaze core" cd was recorded somewhere. This unremarkable recording showcased the band at the height of their "crack" period. More shows were performed... under different degrees of inebriation, to varied results. Original guitarist Necroburger left the band in early 2005 to start an aquarium business in the desert of Parumph Nevada, and was later replaced by new guitarist VD.

In 2006 Necroburger's business failed as a result of being in the desert, forcing him to rejoin Amityville Whore. Currently the supposed band is once again performing with it's original line-up. Unfortunately, no one is doing backyard shows anymore, (we think), so who knows where we'll play next. Hook something up..... dive bars, drive -throughs, strip clubs with fat strippers, whatever.
