Amduatum is a Norwegian project with me (S.A.) as the founder and only member. In the old egyptian mythology you might discover some death-writings or funerary texts which the name Amdutaum is influenced by. Not that I am a fanathic or anything but still there is lots of mysticism with the ancient mythologies or religions and since I find the old egyptian to be one of the most obscure and fascinating I decided that Amduatum would be a fitting name. The music it self is totally based on my own life, meaning my creation and expression of the musical atmospheres is a product of what I might somehow experience during existance, but also of course influed by the surroundings, by all meanings.
