Grown up deep into the sounds of the 70's prog rock bands such as Styx, Rush, Uriah Heep, it was a natural evolution for Kostas Scandalis to deal with music as a player and composer. He passed through many bands and gained experience in several music styles while in 1998 he joined the Greek progsters Horizon's End and recorded the albums Concrete Surreal (SGR 2001) and "Intensification (2005)" yet unreleased, while shared the stage as an opening act with legends like RONNIE JAMES DIO, PAIN OF SALVATION, PRIMAL FEAR, SABBAT, HEIR APPARENT, SACRED STEEL a.m.m.

Kostas also deals with the sound production and he 's working for Arkeyn Steel Records, trying to give the right touch on the labels characteristic era releases and re-releases
