Well In Satan We Trust is Baphomet's Blood fourth release and it was released by the german label Iron Bonehead Productions. In 2008 left the Band the lable Dies Irae Records from brazil and moved to the german lable Iron Bonehead Productions to release their second full length album Second Strike and the following third one Metal Damination.

Baphomet's Blood was formed in 2003 by two members of the italian war black metal machine Blasphemophagher. With Baphomet's Blood started one of the most underated speed/thrash bands since the last years and on their new album we can hear that they are have nothing changed on their typicl Motörhead and Venom influenced sound.
The album have 8 tracks and the first one, Command of the Inverted Cross begins with a very satanic intro and gets over to a very for the band untypical riff and that riff reminds me a little bit on Anthrax. After that dark and deep riff the song more and more gets his for Baphomet's Blood famous speed/thrash sound and I must say that song could really be a homage to Motörhead's most famous song overkill.

Underground Demons is really that track that shows us the real spirit of speed, thrash and pure underground. Heavy and fast riffs in the sound of early Metallica you can get hear relly that what you deserve and the voice of the vocalist necrovomiterror sounds for me like an evil brother of lemmy.

With In Satan We Trust Baphomet's Blood have an new great realease which I like to recommand to everyone that is a fan of that pure italian speed/thrash in the style of Motörhead, Venom and early Metallica. Every song of this eight track long album has the opportunity to be a classic in the bands history. And its a little a pity that In Satan We Trust is only released on LP, because Baphomet's Blood try to keep the old spirit of speed and thrash true and don't like to release it on CD or digital than only vinyl is real.

At last I have to say, the year is just started right now and I'm sure we hear this year much more speed/thrash albums but In Satan We Trust we should keep us in our mind for a while and than we see in the end of the year 2016 how much we remind us on that releaes. I hope no one forget thrash songs like Whiskey Rocker or maybe the cover song of the hungarian heavy metal band Farao. So guys go out listen to it and love it.
