You want to be steamrolled for half an hour? No problem, a nice punching production out of the Hertz Studios, technical precision, growling vocals and a slightly complex way of performing are made to satisfy every Death Metal maniac.

I also like this presentation, because of background melodies, pounding grooves and furious speed. Interim, ICHOR attach more significant elements while throttling the tempo with hellish moshing parts during the songs Conquest Of Darkness or …More Victims.
In all, ICHOR sound like a Polish band talking about their way of expression. The songs are on a high technical level, they feature unerring grooves without end – but where is the recognition value? Of course, Benthic Horizon is another felicitous Death Metal album, but I could not find out about the special thing, which distinguishes ICHOR from all the other similar groups. ICHOR cut a good figure among bands like Trauma, Behemoth or Hate, but they must work on their individuality.

Finally I have to say that Benthic Horizon breaks neck vertebrae and mauls the eardrums with curtain fire, but despite all hellish grooves and deadly melodies the deficit of missing originality remains…
