This is the first full-length release from the already quite legendary band "I Shit on Your Face". After I heard the Uncontrolled Laxative Abuse split with many other bands, I was immediately interested in this band. Good thing that, by the time I listened to ULA, they had already brought out this album.

So, what is this album like ? Well, it's not your average goregrind album. The grunt is really sick, but I don't think they have used a pitchshifter for the biggest part. The rest is also not really your average goregrind, and although it has appeared on a release with almost exclusively goregrind, I would label this death metal rather than goregrind.
Why ?
Well, just listen to this album, its guitars are highly audible, the riffs just blow you away, blast beats are used almost all the time and it is quite technical. It may sound simple, but just play it and you'll know that it isn't. This is a release that I listen to quite a lot. It's 23 tracks full of pure genius. Of course, the intro's get a bit boring after a while, but that's the case with almost every band which plays extreme music.

If you're into death metal or goregrind, you're certainly going to love this album. It has it all : fast guitars, incredible drums and a sickening growl. It's a shame though that I cannot hear the bass that well, except on pieces of the music where they use only bass (a sort of solo's, they are there but they last very short, so if you're expecting lots of solo's that last very long, you're gonna get disappointed… but you could also get that out of the duration of the songs)

I have to say that I enjoy this album very much, and it is definitely worth a listen.
